Jurassic World Scanner Design
I was approached by Production Designer Kevin Ishioka & TheVRCompany to design content for the Jurassic World VR ride. In this project you see a handheld scanner device used in-game. The device had to respect the dimensions of the real-life controller to ensure optimal immersion and experience. After roughly modeling the volume of the controller in Maya, I imported the OBJ into Moi3D and finalized the design using CAD. Rendering was done using Keyshot. Decals where created using Photoshop.
