Why wouldn’t I just hire a full time designer?
Usually, quality vs cost. A senior designer is 150K/yr plus 1.5x the cost of an employee. We are a world class agency and cost less than one senior*
How does it work?
We invite you to Trello where you can add as many design requests as you’d like, choose the one you want us to actively work on next, and approve all your work once we are finished.
What about big projects?
Large scale projects are common and welcome. We will show you continual progress every week until they’re complete.
Will my work degrade as you get more clients?
We only take as many clients as needed to ensure preservation of quality. More importantly, too much work means less time to spend with our family and friends and that’s not happening.
Do you offer refunds?
No. Please keep projects coming so that you never have to worry about that, and manage your subscription when there’s no longer a need.
What about hiring you for a small request?
For small enquiries please reference the Basic Package.
What’s the catch?
The catch is that we choose providing premium quality over speed. Our clients value quality and budget over speed.
How many hours a week do I get?
All work is based on deliverables, not hours. Our clientele doesn’t typically care how long something takes, they care that it’s delivered in the quality and budget they have come to expect of us.
Do I have to wait weeks for revisions?
Not usually. We like to take care of small revisions right away so that we can move to your next project. larder rounds of revision, addendums to the original request, may take additional time.
Do you take meetings?
No. Working with us is asynchronous. The less time we spend in meetings, the more time we have to design for you. All correspondence takes place alongside Trello.
Do you work on-site?
For the Bespoke Package we can arrange in-person visitations to any desired location to support your project, if certain requirements are met. These can be discussed in closer detail upon contract execution.
